PassionMap 2.0: hiking stats, languages and reminders

PassionMap 2.0 sharpens what you already use: plan an outing, share it, meet people who share your passion — with useful stats, more languages, and reminders that land at the right time.

Hiking stats

For hiking, organizers can enter distance, elevation gain, elevation loss, and nights in a tent. After the outing, those numbers are added to your profile automatically. You don’t edit them by hand: your PassionMap outings do the counting.

Your language

The app follows your phone language (English, French, Spanish, German, Italian). If it’s wrong, switch it in one tap on the welcome screen or in Settings.

Photos and videos

When viewing a photo or video, you can download it to your gallery — so you keep it outside the app.

Helpful reminders

Before an activity: reminders at D-7, D-4, 48 h, 24 h, and 1 h. After: we nudge you about reviews and your memory album if you haven’t opened it yet. Scheduled reminders go out in the evening, when you’re more available.
